Chicken Biryani

Biryani is a South Asian mixed rice with it’s origin among the Muslims of the subcontinent.

We know how the biryani lovers are crazy about it and often you’ll find two people fighting over which one is better- Biryani or Fried Rice. Personally, I’m a Fried Rice lover. Sincere apologies, Biryani Lover, don’t hate me!

Anyway, let’s get into how it’s made. I can assure you that if you’ve all the ingredients on your table, the process to make it is way too easy. Anyone can make it. I repeat, ANYONE!

Here it goes…

  • Dehradun Rice- 4 cups with 6 cups water

I love this Biryani! And I love that it can be made so many different ways, with leftover ingredients!
